About Me
I am Pranshu Joshi, a young professional from Nepal with a genuine passion for creating impact at the intersection of Artificial Intelligence, Finance, and Community Development. I thrive at the crossroads of ideas and execution, building programs, advising organizations, and leading initiatives that go beyond surface-level results.
I serve as the National Program Coordinator of Nepal for two internationally recognized organizations: the International Olympiad of Artificial Intelligence (IOAI) and the International Linguistics Olympiad (IOL). These are two distinct global competitions, and I represent Nepal at both, managing end-to-end coordination from team selection through to international representation.
As an Associate AI Consultant at Growcept Pvt. Ltd., I work closely with organizations across both corporate and educational sectors to help them understand, adopt, and meaningfully integrate artificial intelligence into their operations. Whether it is designing AI strategies for businesses, conducting training sessions for institutions, or identifying automation opportunities, I bring both a technical understanding and a human-centered approach to every engagement.
I also serve as Project Head at BRAIN Foundation, a registered nonprofit organization with a clear focus on giving back to the community. Through this role, I lead AI training and workshop programs designed to make artificial intelligence genuinely accessible to students, educators, and local professionals, actively contributing to building a stronger, more informed AI community across Nepal.

National Program Coordinator — Nepal
Nov 2025 – PresentRepresenting Nepal at two distinct internationally recognized academic Olympiads, leading end-to-end national coordination for both programs with full responsibility for strategic planning, team management, sponsorships, and mentoring Nepal's representatives for global competition.
Coordinating Nepal's participation in the global AI Olympiad, identifying top student talent, building a national selection process, and preparing Nepal's team to compete at the international level.
Managing Nepal's end-to-end national program for the International Linguistics Olympiad, overseeing outreach, regional rounds, team training, and final international representation for Nepal.
Associate AI Consultant
April 2026 – PresentGrowcept Pvt. Ltd.
Advising companies and institutions across corporate and educational sectors on AI adoption, integration, and strategy. Work spans designing tailored AI frameworks for businesses, delivering training sessions for educational institutions, identifying intelligent automation opportunities, and bridging the gap between AI capability and practical implementation for clients at varying stages of their digital journey.

March 2026 – PresentBRAIN Foundation (Registered Nonprofit)
Leading AI training and workshop initiatives under BRAIN Foundation with a core mission of giving back to the community. The work is centered on making artificial intelligence accessible, practical, and understandable for students, educators, and local professionals. Through structured workshops and hands-on training sessions, the goal is to actively contribute to building a broader, more informed AI community across Nepal.

TEDx Maitighar — Kindred Kaleidoscope
Volunteered on the organizing board as its youngest member for a national TEDx event that brought together 400+ attendees. Managed promotional campaigns and coordinated 10 high-profile speakers, contributing to an event that left a genuine mark on Kathmandu's ideas community.
Community Service — Volunteer Lead Organizer
Organized multiple community outreach initiatives including a Rural Immersion Camp, Blood Donation drives, and School and Ashram visits. Raised donations and personally distributed books, clothes, and blankets to underserved communities, positively impacting over 2,000 individuals and believing that real leadership is most meaningful when rooted in service.
Walkathon and Wheelchair Rally for Social Inclusion
Organizer and Human Resource Manager of a national awareness campaign for the Center for Independent Living, Kathmandu. Led volunteer recruitment, role assignments, and team coordination to keep the event running smoothly. United 2,000+ participants and secured national media coverage that amplified the challenges faced by people with disabilities.

Leading Nepal's national program for the International Olympiad of Artificial Intelligence, identifying and nurturing the country's brightest student minds through a structured selection process and intensive preparation for international competition.
